Mailbox service

BeechPilots.com Email is operated by Aviation Mobile Apps, LLC. Each paid plan covers one @beechpilots.com mailbox with secure IMAP and SMTP access, standard mail-client setup information, and customer support through support@beechpilots.com.

Pricing and billing

Available plans are $36 for one year, $60 for two years, or $150 for a five-year prepaid mailbox term. Stripe processes checkout, receipts, payment methods, invoices, and supported subscription changes. Card details are not stored on BeechPilots.com servers.

Renewal and cancellation

The one-year and two-year plans are Stripe subscriptions that renew at the end of the paid term unless canceled through the customer account portal or by contacting support. The five-year plan is a prepaid mailbox term and does not automatically renew during this release.

Canceling a subscription stops the next renewal; the mailbox remains active through the paid-through date unless the account is suspended for abuse or security reasons.

Refunds

Refund requests made within 14 days of purchase are reviewed by support. If a refund is approved, the mailbox may be disabled or deleted. Refunds after 14 days are handled case by case.

Address availability

Addresses are first-come, first-served and must pass automated and operator safeguards. Aviation Mobile Apps may reject, hold, or reclaim addresses that are reserved, misleading, abusive, infringing, or likely to imply official status, endorsement, or impersonation.

Acceptable use

Use of the service must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Abuse, spam, malware, phishing, harassment, or deceptive identity use may result in suspension or termination.
