BeechPilots.com Email Acceptable Use Policy
Use the mailbox like a professional pilot identity.
The service is intended for normal personal or professional email tied to a pilot-friendly address. Do not use it to mislead people, abuse networks, or damage the reputation of the BeechPilots.com domain.
Do not use the service for
Spam, purchased mailing lists, phishing, malware, credential collection, harassment, threats, unlawful content, deceptive sender identity, impersonation, or messages that imply manufacturer, regulatory, airport, airline, club, or company authority you do not have.
Protected addresses
Operational and sensitive names such as admin, support, billing, legal, privacy, security, postmaster, abuse, webmaster, hostmaster, dmarc, no-reply, smtp, imap, refunds, trust, and compliance are reserved. Aviation Mobile Apps may reserve additional names to protect customers, operators, and third parties.
Mailbox security
Keep your mailbox password private, use secure IMAP/SMTP settings, and contact support if you believe your mailbox was accessed without permission. We may temporarily suspend access when abuse, compromise, or deliverability risk is detected.
Enforcement
Violations may result in warning, sending limits, suspension, mailbox freeze, or termination. Serious abuse may be reported to payment processors, network operators, or law enforcement when appropriate.
